Photo Journalizer helps users log daily photos, add short descriptions, document personal milestones, track creative projects, and preserve meaningful everyday moments in one clean mobile workspace.
Photo Journalizer is a personal visual diary and daily photo logging utility. It is designed for private memory keeping, not for public photo sharing, social networking, cloud backup, professional archiving, medical tracking, therapy, surveillance, or legal evidence storage.

Photo Journalizer does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use the Application. Registration is not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data, such as an ephemeral IP address, may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity. This data is not retained or used for tracking.
The KALINOWSKI website and Photo Journalizer do not require account creation, login, registration, authentication, user dashboards, protected pages, or user portals.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Since the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties. KALINOWSKI does not sell personal data.
If the app stores daily photo entries, uploaded snapshots, short descriptions, captions, dates, milestone notes, creative project notes, everyday memory details, visual diary entries, timeline records, local journal preferences, or app settings, they remain on the user’s device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it removes the Application from your device.

Any visual diary content, snapshots, captions, dates, short descriptions, milestone notes, creative project notes, timeline records, or preferences saved inside the Application are intended to remain locally on the user’s device, unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Because Photo Journalizer does not collect personal information through normal use, KALINOWSKI has no hosted app database to delete. Users can remove the Application from their device to remove the app and its locally stored content, subject to the device operating system’s normal storage behavior.
If you voluntarily contact KALINOWSKI and provide information by email or another direct method, you may request deletion of that voluntarily provided information by contacting support@kalinowski.ink.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. KALINOWSKI does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

It does not replace secure photo backup practices, professional archiving, legal documentation, therapy, medical advice, or user judgment. Users are responsible for managing their own photos, privacy, device storage, and backup choices.
